MARTIAL LAW REGULATIONS

No. 43

1. In Martial Law Regulation No. 30, hereinafter referred to as the said Regulation, in paragraph 2, in sub-paragraph (b), the bracket and figure "(1)" after the word "Explanation" shall be omitted.

2. In the said Regulation, in paragraph 2, in sub-paragraph (b), the existing Explanation (2) shall be omitted.

3. In the said Regulation, in paragraph 2, after sub-paragraph (b), the following new sub-paragraph (c) shall be inserted, namely :-

"(c) Sell, purchase, re-claim, re-condition or refine used lubricating oils without the prior permission, in writing, of the Federal Government under the Pakistan Petroleum (Refining, Blending and Marketing) Rules, 1971."

4. In the said Regulation, after paragraph 3, the following new paragraph 3-A shall be inserted, namely :-

"3-A. The Federal Government may make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Regulation and may avail for this purpose the Pakistan Petroleum (Refining, Blending and Marketing) Rules, 1971 so far as the said :<4. Rules are not inconsistent with provisions of this Regulation".
