MARTIAL LAW REGULATIONS

1. This Martial Law Regulation shall come into force-at once and shall be deemed to have taken effect on the fifth day of July 1977.

2. In Martial Law Regulation No. 31-

(1) in paragraph (2),--

(a) in sub-paragraph 1,-

(i) after the words "Commission of Inquiry", the words "or a Military Court" shall be inserted; and

(ii) after the word "Regulation", the words "or any other law .for the time being in force" shall be inserted; and

(b) in sub-paragraph (2), after the words "Commission of Inquiry", the words "or Military Court" shall be inserted;

(2) in paragraph 3,-

(a) after the words "Commission of Inquiry", occurring for the first time, the words "or a Military Court" shall be inserted; and

(b) after the words "Commission of Inquiry", occurring for the second time, the words "or Military Court" shall be inserted.
