THE AMENDING ACT, 1903

ACT No. I of 1903

This Act has been extended to the whole of Pakistan, and shall be deemed to have been so extended on the 14th day of October, 1955, see the Central Laws (Statute Reform) Ordinance, 1960 (21 of 1960), s. 3 and 2nd. Sch.)

WHEREAS it is expedient to facilitate the citation of the enactments specified in the first schedule to this Act ;

AND whereas it is also expedient that certain formal amend ments should be made in the enactments specified in the second schedule to this Act ;

It is hereby enacted as follows :‑

1. Short title---- This Act may be called the (The words "Repealing and" rep., ibid.)* * Amending Act, 1903.

**2. Citation of certain enactments---------**Each of the enactments described in the first three columns of the first schedule may, without prejudice to any other mode of citation, be cited for all purposes by the short title men tioned in that behalf in the fourth column thereof.
